Chantelle is a Business Development Representative with a diverse background spanning over 18 years in travel and tourism, complemented by a decade of experience as a landlord. She has successfully managed and renovated rental properties, turning them from grey spaces into desirable living areas. Chantelle combines her extensive industry knowledge and hands-on property management skills to drive growth and build strong client relationships in her new role.

Louis is a licensed property manager with roots in business and supply chain management. He prides himself on taking care of his clients through honesty and integrity, while providing results through hard work and attention to detail. Born and raised in Edmonton, and having lived in both Calgary and Fort McMurray, Louis has a key understanding of these markets. His passion for the industry shows in any conversation and his drive to succeed is demonstrated by maximizing his clients’ property investment returns.

Isabela has been with us for over a year. She started as the office coordinator and maintenance manager and now she has successfully become a licensed property manager.  Isabela was born in Colombia and was brought up by a hard working immigrant family.  Her experiences as an immigrant has shaped her and inspired her to want to help people and support minority groups in the community. Isabela has had a lot of experience in customer service and she has a passion for providing quality service. She is young driven and will make sure your experience is always the best. She is dependable and will always greet you with a smile.

David is a licensed property manager and serves as our Leasing Agent.  His goal is to create advertisements that generate interest and find good quality longer term tenants for our managed properties.

David received a degree in sociology from the University of Alberta in 2018.  His experience in real estate began with Airbnb rentals and grew into the choice to become licensed in real estate and work in property management full time.

As our office coordinator, Bea keeps everyone organized and on task. She graduated as cum laude from her university with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism. Her previous experiences include Guest Services officer for a hotel, Marketing Officer for a trampoline park and as a Senior Recruiter Admin for a US medical client. Such experiences have helped her to be organized, focused and maintain great attention to detail. You can rely on her to get the job done and done well.
